Sleep pattern of small babies is very different and if the child is not having any discomfort or any cause like infantile colic ,nasal blockage or any kind of pain and if the child is playful and taking proper feeding so this pattern will get normal with time.just keep monitoring your baby for comfortable position and temperature.
every baby has its own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age,only after 6 mons of age you can set a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. too much of light and noise may interfere, avoid any excess screen time, fix a regular time,
do not allow day time sleep ,
massage the feet of the baby for a relaxed and undisturbed sleep. gentle rocking and patting of the baby, singing a lullaby, and light music will also play a good role.
lesser the noise and better the sleep.as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age
