my baby girl is 8mnths old,passing yellowish green watery motion 4 5 times a day, having temperature between 98 to 100.5 from last two days. is it okay doctors n mommies please help

A. Hello, your baby girl is 7 months old and she is having a green potty so give her ORS and econorm sachets two time a day for three days and no paracetamol
