my baby girl is 7months and 24 days. She eat solids and drinks formula milk we'll. But she has constipation now and then

A. hi its very common among formulafed babies to get this . so ,first of all ,if possible please provide breastfeeding . second ,in food , give fiber rich food items like papaya ,banana , spinach puree etc
