my baby girl is 7 months with solid foods... i m giving her for idli for evng to ngt shall i feed her idli with sambhar, watery cocunut chutney

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
