A. Your baby girl’s weight of 8 kg at 7.5 months is within the normal range, as per WHO growth standards, which suggest an average weight of 7-8.5 kg for girls her age. Passing stool four times a day, especially after eating, is also generally normal at this stage since babies are still adapting to solids, and their digestive system is developing. However, if her stools are watery, very foul-smelling, or contain mucus or blood, or if she shows signs of dehydration or discomfort, it’s best to consult a pediatrician. Otherwise, ensure she stays hydrated and continue offering a balanced diet of solids and breast milk/formula.
