my baby girl is 6months old and she is spitting most of the time. Is it fine ? What does this mean?

Usually upto six months of age they stop spitting.
Burp her well.
Give her probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc (as she's six months of age she can be given that )
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
