my baby girl is 42 days and she is vomitting often.No burp sound is coming after feeding.please give your suggestions

A. Hi mom little spit up or curd type vomit is normal in babies This is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as the baby grows up. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise,accepting feeds then no need to worry. Take care
