my baby girl is 3mnths 19dys old, she is on breastfeeding, she will take feed only in sleeping position, how can i know that she has ear infection, please suggest

A. hello mum if the child will be having their infection then he will cry with the pain he will be very uncomfortable he will not be willing to take the breastfeeding properly with all the same time they will come to know that the child is having some problem and moreover when you touch his ear he will cry even more louder
