my baby girl is 3 mnth 12 dys old she vomits after every feed why??

Hi parent Please confirm if it's vomiting or spitting as spitting is normal Difference is that , in spitting they use to take out some amount of curdled milk after feeding Please burp her well after feeding Keep her little tilted such that her head and torso are little higher than her legs in your lap during feeding Take sunbath daily
