A. there is no problem in using air conditioner for children as well as newborns but the air current should be slightly away . you can keep the temperature at zaround 28 degree celsius to 30 degree celsius. one way to know whether the child is feeling cold or not would be by touching the palms soles and ears of the child andz if they are warm the child is warm and comfortable and if they are cold the child is feeling cold.

A. ‍Well, the answer is YES. A properly ventilated room can help prevent the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) since the humid temperature is not good for a newborn. A baby needs a well-ventilated and airy room for a comfortable sleep and healthy growth.Since babies can't regulate their body temperatures as well as adults, the main risk of keeping the air conditioner running is a sudden drop in temperature. This problem can lead to hypothermia, during which the nervous system, heart and other organs cannot function properly.Keeping your baby's room cool, but comfortable is one way to maintain a safe sleep environment. In fact, it's recommended that babies sleep in a temperature between 68° and 72°F (20° to 22.2°C).
