My baby girl is 2 yrs 3 months but she has not proper theeth came out. still she has no eruption of canines down side. she has teeth eruption late after 8 months. Upper first incisor not erupted in pair.. it was single single why is it happen?

A. Hi. you should consult with your nearest Pediatric Dentist for proper examination of the milk teeth.. usually complete set of 20 milk teeth among kids erupts upto the age of 3 years..
