my baby girl is 2 years old and in her poop some water and 4/5 worms was presented symptoms are loss of appetite from 15 days dry cheeks weight loss today first time she poop watery otherwise everything is fine doctor helpme

In such case, you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise your after examining baby and check in babies reports. You should never give any sort of medication to your baby till it is not advised by Dr so first consult with your doctor about it.
