Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 weeks agoA. The height of a child depends on their parents' genes. Keep feeding a healthy and balanced diet. You can make the child do bhujangasana, tadasana and balasana. She can do pull ups and get involved in activities where she can hop and jump more.
