my baby girl is 2 month old past 1 month these red spots are coming what is the reason we show the doctor they told as its a birthday mark some birthmark is coming after birth is it true.

A. looking like hemangioma in the baby gfor further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
