Q.
my baby girl is 2.5 yes old,from last 1 week she started stammering while talking..she is having cold and little cough. .she is repeating words while talking..sometimes close eyes also while putting pressure on words?is this normal??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper ehuvaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.h
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

No it is not normal if your child has started to summer as of now then I would just like to tell you as of now but you should immediately consult a speech therapist regarding this if you do not start with a therapy at the right time then this issue is going to increase over the period and which is going to be very bad later onWrite Your Answer Here
