My baby girl is 18 months and her scalp has black spots when I remove them it’s similar to dandruff what is it

I’m mutual those black spots are associated with cradle cap which is why we suggested to get the scalp of the child shaved off totally within the time of 6 to 9 months so that the hair growth is going to be proper and the spots are going to be reduced currently if you do not want to get it done you can kindly consult the doctor once
