my baby girl is 14months old n still she didn't get her any teeth ...should i be worried about it consult a doctor or wait till 18 months

A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. wait till completion of 18 months for teeth eruption. every child is different and has different milestones

A. getting teeth late is a good sign in an way because the calcium will be used for bone building strength

A. Hello dear parent, baby's first tooth can erupt any time in between 4th months to 15th month of age. So I would suggest you to kindly consult with your paediatric once and ask for any medicine or any thing else id's required for teething. Although teething process is totally depends on child's hereditary.
