Q.

My baby girl is 10 months od. Can I give her raisins ,jaggery in her food like suji..Before one year sugar is not recommended..Jaggery is very sweet.. so can I use this?

A. Yes you can in moderate amount and even if jaggery is very sweet it never harm like white sugar so can ge added in porridge and it is rich source of iron of the baby take care

A. thank you mam..can I use raisins in her food?? or boiled raisins??
