my baby girl is 1 year 2 months old... she is very much active.... sometimes she is walking properly... but sometimes she is walking with toe(toe walking) is this any problem

That is very normal but you should make your child wear proper shoes and sandals now that is going to give a better grip and the tip towing that you are mentioning in your question is very common with kids there is no problem in this situation and behaviour
