My baby girl is 1 month and 20 days, it's been almost 10 days and her sleep time has reduced like total 12 hours max in a day, she sleeps well at night but in day time she is very fussy and sleeps for like 30-40 mins max in one go. Please let me know do I make her sleep more , we do set the proper environment but still be wakes up every time in like 15 mins .. what do do to make her sleep more?

A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into. if the growth of the child is proper do not worryf much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with timer you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this willf help in improving the night time sleeping time .
