My baby girl is 1 month 25 days old she just vomit completely in yellow colour after feed of 20min is it normal or any serious condition

A. If your child is having any kind of cough then yellow colour can be seen but if it is not there in constantly the child is passing yellow coloured vomiting then in that case it is going to be good for you to consult your doctor for further assistance please
