my baby girl having this small pimple on her face from last 2days 1st it was small white acne then it got watery translucent acne and now it got popped and it looks like this. what is this does mosquito bites her she also have some on her leg m worried

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please maintain proper hygiene and also apply lacto calamine lotion on baby effective area and also use candid ointment on baby pimples. Take care
