Q.

my baby girl having gastric pain in abdomen,she is 6 month old. she is not feed properly and also cry so much due to gas.what medicine can we use to relieve.

A. Bonnisan fire drops you can give up till the age of six months after that you can give 10 drops to your child 3 to 4 times in the day still if your child is having any kind of a gastric issue this is a very good and safe medicine to use
