Q.
my baby girl have G6pd deficiency. she is going to be 6 months old very soon . still date she in Exclusive Breast feed. I am planning to start her solid and one or two feed of formula once she is 6 month old.recently I got to know that soya products are not good for g6pd deficient. but baby formula milk contain soya Bean oil. is it safe ?

Manali K MehtaMom of a 10 yr old boy5 years agoA. Hi parent I would request you to not to opt for any packaged food or processed food as long as homemade fresh cooked food is available. Yes, over use of soya is not advised and it has very high protein content which is tough to digest Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. Use drinking water having TDS higher than 350
