my baby girl has cough, fever at night and mild running nose.. what do you recommend

Maxtra and wikoryl and also calpol you can use for your child the first one is for the second is for cold and the third one is for fever so you can give these medicines to the child accordingly like for cold and cough three times in the day and fever medicine can be repeated every six hours
