A. kids take time to adjust to start eating everything. you can sit with your child and feed her. do not force feed and give what your child wants. give more of fruits and vegetables and nuts

A. hi please keep offering different dishes with different taste and different ingredients. make food presentation attractive for example use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food. try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
