my baby girl hand and leg become chill normally is this because ofweekness r something else

A. it is a very important that if the palms / soles of the child is cold the child is feeling cold and you have to cover the child properly to make the child thermostable that is the child warm by covering the child well.x even after that the problem continues it is important to rule out infection in the child and meet your doctor for examination x
