POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. It's common for babies to have cooler hands and feet because their circulatory systems are still developing. This is usually not a cause for concern. However, if your baby's hands and feet are consistently cold, pale, or if you notice other symptoms such as poor feeding, lethargy, or if they seem unwell, it's best to consult with a pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.
