my baby girl didn't got two upper incisors. Now she is 2.5 years old

A. Hi Raj okay this is going to come over the period and if it is not helping you it’s not coming then u can consultant paediatric dentist on the guarding the same so that is what is going to be really very helpful to go ahead with devil give you correct guidance on that
