My baby girl cried overnight and didn’t sleep..😓she cry by kicking her legs i given her colic drops but also she didn’t stops..what may be yhe reason?

if the child is crying at this age it can be due to either teething pain or it mightt be a part of colic pain due to some digestion problem or it might be due to nasal blockage or some body pain which might be initiation of a viral fever also.
you have to treat according to the findings so better to visit a doctor
