my baby girl completed 6 months so which type of food can I start and how many times can I give solids

A. Three meals per day should you be giving you should start with Dal and rice water fruits and vegetables of all kinds then slowly you can shift to food that you can prepare out of oats ragi and Suji Paneer cheese and curd you can give you can give dairy products you can give powdered dry fruits like dry roast and make it for the child and you can also give and start with hundred ML of water and minimum to start with and you can also include buttermilk and coconut water
