my baby girl born on 7th August, her eyes looks yellowish, serum bilirubin total is 15.92 mg/dl should we go for phototherapy or exposure to light by 100w bulb can help to recover?

A. Hello, your baby girl is newborn just 7 days old and she her eyes are yellow coloured so she is having physiological jaundice and bilirubin is 15.4 mg so it’s very better to give her phototherapy
