my baby girl 2 year old and fever show 102 we give her liquid peracetamol now what we do

A. hi keep measuring the temperature repeatatively,if it remains same , please visit your pediatrician. keep your child well hydrated prepare decocotion with warm water, Tulsi leaves and pinch of salt ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
