my baby get vaccine and he had a fever his head worm and also cranky what can i do

A. Calpol or whatever paracetamol your doctor has suggested you can give five drops to the child that will help in reducing down the fever onto the vaccinated area you should keep ice cube and apply cube to reduce down swelling and then fever medication can be repeated again after six hours if needed
