A. you have to clean the ears of the child only externally with cotton cloth. do not use anything like earbuds to clean the internal ear. this will only do more harm as wax will get impacted inside deep and will cause more problem. if you feel that the child is having some problems in the internal ear then kindly meet your doctor for examination.t if the child is having wax problem and not improving with drops you have to get it removed with the help of your ent doctor. if there is tpain you can give paracetamol to the child for pain

A. If you notice a smelly odor coming from your 3-month-old baby's ear, it could be a sign of an ear infection or another issue. Here's what you can do: 1. **Consult a Pediatrician:** It's important to have your baby evaluated by a pediatrician. They can examine the ear and determine the cause of the odor. 2. **Keep the Ear Clean:** Gently clean the outer part of your baby's ear with a damp cloth, being careful not to insert anything into the ear canal. 3. **Avoid Irritants:** Avoid putting anything in your baby's ear that could irritate it further, such as cotton swabs or ear drops, unless recommended by a healthcare professional. 4. **Monitor for Other Symptoms:** Keep an eye out for other symptoms of an ear infection, such as fever, fussiness, or pulling at the ear. If you notice any of these symptoms, it's important to follow up with your pediatrician. 5. **Follow Treatment Recommendations:** If your pediatrician diagnoses an ear infection or another issue, follow their treatment recommendations carefully. This may include medication or other interventions to help your baby heal. Remember, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment of any concerns regarding your baby's health.
