Q.

my baby from birth sleeps exact for 40-45mins for every 2 hours. when will she sleep for longer hours? now she s 5 months old.

A. hello dear parents it is completely normal for the baby of this age to sleep for small intervals in gap of 2 to 3 hours you can give her proper massage and comfortable position so that she sleeps for longer

A. "Try to put your baby down drowsy but awake." This will help them learn to self-soothe and fall asleep—and, more importantly, fall back to sleep—on their own, which is the main goal of sleep training.
