my baby frequently vomits doing pee n poops after every feeding how should I stop her prb whether it is subject of tense plz guide and suggest to get rid of it

Everything you have described regarding your child is totally normal and no intervention is required at present it and it is advisable to continue the daily routine but if you feel that something is different and abnormal kindly meet your doctor
