it is caused by many reasons like fast eating habit ,not chewing food properly , indigestion, worm Infection , dehydration or Infection.
so first ,make sure your child chew food well
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
keep your child well hydrated
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
give two three mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of ginger juice.
