there is a possibilityy that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in the child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in the form of iron calcium vitamin D or multi vitamin is required or not

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi curry etc
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
