My baby fever is not coming down even after 4 days( parcip is giving) till medicine given it work then it started rising after 8 hours of medicine fever goes upto 99-100. Pls suggest

A. If a child's fever doesn't improve with paracetamol, check if the dosage matches the child's weight and ensure the medicine's potency is correct. Replace the bottle if it's over a month old since opening. Ucse paracetamol alongside sponge baths and dress the child in cotton clothes. If there's no improvement after 2 hours, consider higher-dose medicines like Ibugesic or Meftal P. Paracetamol can be given up to four times daily.
