my baby fell from bed yesterday but no traces of any kind of damage found on her body and she is also behaving normally......is there any reason to worry ?

A. for 24 hours we have to see for danger signs like excessive vomiting abnormal movements lethargy abnormal movements in the eyes and if nothing occurs then do not worry about the head injury
