my baby fell from bed, which is 3ft height and got a cut on his forehead but no blood came. which ointment can I use?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. Tbact ointment u can apply and it’s going to b good for h to use and also if needed check of he Anna get the tetnus shot done for the child and also if any other isi ur if there so i feel its better to check with your doc once
