My baby fell from bed today He cried after falling after that he slept for some time No injury is seen till now nor vomited But he is little bit irritated Do I need to worry and go for check up?? Please suggest

A. you should not worry if the baby is playful and is feeding well and there are no other associated problems then you can just keep monitoring and not to worry
