Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica d drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posseting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstall drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too fgor better digestion.
shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom
Babies spit some amount of milk and it is quite normal so you should not worry about it at all. You just have to keep your baby on your shoulder for sometime after every feed it will help baby to digest milk easily. And you have to feed your baby in every two hours gap
Happy parenting
