Q.
my baby fall off from chair and her head hit the floor,in few minutes she vomit ,she had only taken a small feed before,in the morning.Is sometjing here to worry?....…is there any connection between falling and vomiting?......Please help

Yes, falling off and then vomiting can be related as baby got hurt in the head and such young age she would not be able to tell even if there is some problem. It is better to visit a doctor as even if injury is not visible, it can be internal. Do not take any injury lightly. There is no need to be concerned, just see the doctor as he will be able to guide you in a proper way.
