My baby fall from sofa on one’s face and a little drop of blood from his nose seen ?

A. I think maybe your child got hurt in the nose that is why I literally drop came just monitor for 24 to 48 hours if the bleeding happens again or anything which is disturbing for you which you could be because of falling down in the morning then immediately visit your doctor
