Q.

my baby fall from bed her head is not swollen nor any kind of injury can be seen but after one day she got temperature around 99.7 is anything to worry

A. it is important to see that the child is not having any visible injury. also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor. it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complications related to injury. you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops. you can apply warm compresses over any swelling. if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately wait and watch h

U Give a medicine to the child like alcohol or paracetamol whatever you have available at home and if your child has no not got hurt or anything then that’s good but still monitor your child for about 48 hours if you feel that your child is behaving abnormal or there is any other issue like sad and vomiting or something then you need to consult your paediatrician on
