My baby faces constipation she is trying to poop but its not happening so she is getting tensed after so many try she poop . Please suggest what can be given for my 3 year old to get releif from constipation. She is having this problem for a month

You can use any good lactation supplement provided by the doctor apart from that start applying castor oil in the level of the child regularly it’s one of the best home remedies will help reduce constipation over the period but you just have to regularly do it
