Include fruits and vegetables, Millets,dry fruits,egg ,meat, fish in diet.
Break fast - idly/dosa/ragi porridge, sooji Dalia, sabudana, oats, cerelac,bread omlet.
Lunch /Dinner- Rice/roti with dal, sabji,paneer, Leafy vegetables, vegetables;egg omlet, curry,fish,meat .
Dry fruits, fruits as snacks .
All these gives balanced and nutritional diet helps in increasing baby's weight.
Yes half bowl rice with dal/sabji/paneer/egg.
Combination and quantity of sabji is most
important in diet.
