my baby dsnt burp since birth but passes gas while feeding... his pampers are fine .... with poop and pee is it a thing to worry

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! It is a normal finding in small babies. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Give good tummy time everyday. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort.
