Q.
my baby done with 3 and half month immunization and got fever with 102 degree is this normal or needs to seek doctor?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it's normal Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. Its Actually on the higher side but don’t worry about it if you give in medicine to the child you can also start doing cold sponging on the forehead as well as do it behind the needs of the child when you do it behind the temperature will reduce down
